custom. Some homes start with a basic plan and we tweak it
to suit the needs of your lifestyle and desires while taking
into account the lay of the land on which it will be built.
You can even bring your own plan or sketch for us to review
and work with.
All plans are reviewed by an NC State Architect and stamped
according to the needs of the building officials of the
county in which you are planning to build.
